Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the return is eligible for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
